The NordicTrack GXR4.2 Recumbent Exercise Bike features a 9kg (20lbs) flywheel and the easy-glide quick adjust seat, which means that fitness enthusiasts of any level or size can find the perfect workout position – simply slide it back and forth to find the perfect fit. The chair itself is designed to be more like a chair than a bike seat, giving your back and bottom supported with padded cushioning.
The frame features built-in transport wheels making storing it away or just moving it from one room to another a breeze. Find the best position to be seated with the dual-position adjustable handlebars. By getting the right fit for you, you're in a better form to enhance your workout even further while being as comfortable as possible.
The bike's console features a Blue Backlit LCD Grafixx™ Display and 20 different digital resistance levels. These can be set throughout the 24 pre-set programmes available including 12 hill climbing and 12 interval workouts and with the SMR™ Silent Magnetic Resistance system, you're able to easily adjust the intensity of your workout without having to stop!
With the CardioGrip™ Heart Rate Monitor and Polar® Chest Pulse Strap you're able to monitor your heart rate with pinpoint accuracy, ensuring you're in the right training zone for your fitness level. The Console can also inform you of your calories burnt, distance, profile, pulse, resistance, speed, target speed meter, time and watts.
