At Fitness Market, we can deliver and/or install gym equipment in your premises for a nominal fee. Our Fitquip Treadmills delivered to Brisbane and Perth Metro areas is free. Our Service Technicians are on the road daily, committed to servicing our customers.If you require your product to be delivered and/or assembled by our Service Technicians, we can deliver, install and remove packaging material for a nominal fee.

Fitness Market operates a fully-equipped service centre, where repairs to all types of fitness equipment purchased from Fitness Market (receipt required) are carried out to manufacturers’ specifications.

Should you ever require your equipment to be serviced, that has been purchased from Fitness Market, then submit a Service Request and we will advise pricing for the spare part.

The following charges are for after-sales services and repairs outside of any product Warranty. For product warranty details, please refer to the warranty page.
All after-sales workmanship and parts are guaranteed for 90 days only.

Repair Centre
Our Service Technicians pride themselves on providing a rapid response time to repairs, with a response within 2 - 5 working days to keep your individual or business requirements up and running and to ensure your equipment is repaired with quality replacement parts at the highest levels of expertise. We have the capacity to repair cardio equipment including treadmills, exercise bikes and elliptical cross-trainers, as well as strength training equipment.
Warranty
All items sold from Fitness Market are covered by a comprehensive Limited Warranty, subject to the manufacturer specifications and within the limits of any stress/weight/movement parameters set down in the manufacturer’s instruction manual.
