The NordicTrack GX3.4 features 16 levels of electronically controlled resistance, allowing you more control over your workout. This non-manual resistance allows you to better utilise the built-in workout features - 16 levels of workout intensity throughout the 23 Pre-set inbuilt Programs. This huge array of options keeps your workout fresh and productive.

Included with the bike is a Wireless Polar™ Heart Rate Chest Belt which allows wireless heart rate monitoring to ensure you always reach the desired intensity. The seat is extra large for support and comfort and is adjustable both vertically and horizontally. The handlebars are also easily adjustable and by utilising the integrated speakers and 3.5mm line-in jack any audio device can be played through the system, all together keeping you in a peak state of comfort during your workout.
