The E11.5 features an adjustable stride length system to accommodate users of different heights to give you the perfect natural motion and comfortable feel when using the elliptical, it also shrouds a 9kg flywheel to provide you with a smooth, fluid feel during your workouts.

Download customised training routines specific to your goals or work through an event training series of programmes for that big race. Plot a route any where using GoogleMaps technology or take one of the pre-programmed scenic routes in world tour mode. Race against other iFit Live users or your facebook friends online. You can also track your nutritional intake and additional expenditure with iFit Live for complete monitoring of your fitness goals. This can be easily updated by a handy iPhone app when you are out and about.
