Focus Pads, also known as Focus Mitts, are padded targets attached to a glove to assist boxers and other combat athletes achieve proficiency in their punches and kicks. Through various drills you can achieve greater accuracy, strength and gauge distances better.

No sizes are needed for the Pro Series Leather Focus Pads, as each mitt is able to stretch to the right tightness for each wearer. Along the knuckles of the mitt are divisions to allow both the hands to breathe and resist sweat but also stretch the mitt for larger hands.

Please remember when using such equipment that the wearer of the pads must not simply hold them limply, but “feed” into the punches to balance both parties. Failure to do so can lead to serious injury.
